What counts as a registration?
One product registered by an end-user (a serial + warranty record). Manuals, QR scans and re-prints don't count.
Is there a free plan?
No free tier — but every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day trial, no card required to explore.
Can I change plans?
Anytime, prorated. Upgrade the moment you hit a limit; downgrade at the end of the cycle.
What is managed onboarding?
For Enterprise we migrate your existing warranty data, build your custom card & attribute schema, and set up white-label + integrations for you.
What if I exceed my registration limit?
We never block a customer registration — you'll be nudged to upgrade, and overage is billed in small blocks until you do.
Do you handle multiple brands / sub-accounts?
Business and Enterprise support dealer and customer sub-accounts under your company — your partners register on your behalf.
